Is my order shipped discreetly?
Yes. Every order ships in a plain box with no logos or product names, and the label shows a neutral sender name.
What will appear on my card statement?
A neutral company name. Neither Wellness JP nor any product name appears.
Are the products waterproof?
DENMA SUPER is fully waterproof (IPX8), so you can use it in the bath and wash it under running water. For MIRAI, remove the brush heads to wash them, and wipe the cups with a damp cloth.
How do I charge my device?
MIRAI charges by USB-C in about 1.5 hours. DENMA SUPER charges with its included USB cable in about 2 hours. Both run about 2 hours per charge. Use any standard USB power adapter (not included).
Where do you ship?
To the United States and Canada, with free EMS express shipping on every order. Orders arrive in about 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Will I pay customs or duties?
In the United States, no: duties and taxes are paid at checkout and prepaid before shipping, so nothing is due on delivery. In Canada, duties and taxes may be collected on delivery.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or faulty, we replace or refund it. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
