We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.
Processing time
Orders ship from Japan within 1–3 business days (Japan time).
Delivery time
We ship by EMS, Japan Post’s international express mail. Most orders arrive about 5–10 business days after dispatch. Every order is tracked, and we email you the tracking number when it ships.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in a plain box with no logos or product names on the outside. The label shows a neutral sender name.
Customs, duties and taxes
United States: import duties and taxes are shown and paid at checkout, and we prepay them to US Customs before your order ships. Nothing more to pay on delivery.
Canada: prices do not include import duties or taxes. Depending on the order value, Canada Post may collect duties, taxes or a handling fee on delivery.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
