Hygiene policy
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Unopened products
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us at [email protected] before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or does not work, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a replacement or give a full refund, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For US orders, prepaid duties and taxes are refunded if your order is cancelled before it ships. After shipping, they are refunded only where US Customs returns them.
